Melbourne United (NBL) landed 24-year old former international 216cm center Isaac Humphries (college: Kentucky) for upcoming season. Humphries has played for the last two years at Adelaide. In 6 NBL games he averaged 7.7ppg and 5.0rpg last season.
He was also a member of Australian international program for some years. Humphries played for Australian Senior National Team two years ago and previously for U19 National Team back in 2014.
He represented Australia at the World Championships U17 in Dubai (UAE) eight years ago. His stats at that event were 7 games: Score-3 (18.9ppg), Reb-4 (11.6rpg), 1.6apg, Blocks-3 (3.3bpg), FGP: 57.6%, FT: 82.9%.
Humphries is a very experienced player. He has quite traveled the world as his pro career brought him to five different countries on three different continents (Europe, Australia and of course North America). Humphries has played previously professionally in Serbia (KK FMP Beograd), NBA (Atlanta Hawks), NBA G League (College Park SkyHawks and Lakeland Magic) and NBA Summer League (LA Clippers).
He attended University of Kentucky until 2017 and it will be his sixth season in pro basketball.
