25-year old forward Kouat Noi (201-F-1997) had a great game in the last round for USC Rip and receives a Hoops Agents State League Player of the Week award for round 39.
He had a double-double of 36 points and 13 rebounds, while his team edged out SW Metro P. (#13, 4-11) 91-89. USC Rip is placed at 3rd position in Australian State League. They would have been even better if they hadn't lost a few games earlier this season. USC Rip will need more victories to improve their 11-4 record. In the team's last game Noi had a remarkable 63.6% from 2-point range. He has many years of experience at USC Rip, through which he has constantly improved. Texas Christian University graduate has very impressive stats this year. Noi is in league's top in points (7th best: 26.1ppg), rebounds (2nd best: 13.4rpg) and averages solid 50.9% FGP.

Second best performed player last round was Matthew McCarthy (205-PF-1996) of Rockhampton. He is a forward in his first season at Rockhampton. In the last game McCarthy recorded impressive double-double of 23 points and 18 rebounds. Of course Rockhampton cruised to a 106-94 relatively comfortable win over slightly higher-ranked Logan T. (#6, 10-6). Despite this victory Rockhampton slide down in the standings to 8th position in North. His team lost some distance to top teams. But 9-9 record is not bad and everything may still change. McCarthy is one of the most experienced players at Rockhampton and has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players.

Third place about best performers goes to forward Jack Lopez (196-F-1994) of Bankstown B. (#12). Lopez got into 30-points club by scoring 38 points in the last round. He went also for seven rebounds . Despite Lopez's great performance Bankstown B. lost 84-93 to the higher-ranked Hills H. (#9, 8-11). But his team cannot count on just a single shooter as he also needs help of the other teammates. Bankstown B. can only dream about fighting for top spots in East. They have rather bad season and 5-13 record places them close to the bottom of the standings. Lopez has a very solid season. In 15 games in Australia he scored 16.9ppg. He also has 4.9rpg and FGP: 52.1%.
