South Sudanese Majok Deng (205-F-1993) put on an extraordinary performance in the last round for league's second-best Logan T. and that's him to receive a Hoops Agents NBL One Player of the Week award for round 13.
The 29-year old forward had a double-double of 39 points and eleven rebounds, while his team crushed RedCity R. (#13, 2-4) with 24-point margin 111-87. Logan T. is placed at 2nd position in Australian NBL One. They are still close to the very top. Logan T. would have been even better if they kept winning the games like in the last round. They have a solid 5-1 record. In the team's last game Deng had a remarkable 76.5% from 2-point range. He just recently signed at Logan T., being already a very valuable addition to the team. University of Louisiana at Monroe graduate has very impressive stats this year. Deng is in league's top in points (5th best: 28.8ppg), rebounds (9th best: 12.3rpg) and averages solid 1.3bpg and 57.7% FGP.

The second most remarkable performance in last round's games was young Sudanese forward Kouat Noi (201-F-1997) of USC Rip. Noi impressed basketball fans with a double-double of 34 points and 15 rebounds. Bad luck as USC Rip was edged by the higher-ranked Northside W. (#5, 4-2) 92-91. This loss caused USC Rip to drop to 8th position in the standings. His team lost some distance to top teams. But 3-2 record is not bad and everything may still change. Noi is one of the most experienced players at USC Rip and has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players.

The third best performed player last round was international swingman Anthony Drmic (198-G/F-1992) of W.Adelaide B. (#4). Drmic got into 30-points club by scoring 37 points in the last round. He went also for twelve rebounds and seven assists. He was a key player of W.Adelaide B., leading his team to a 117-91 easy win against the lower-ranked Eastern M. (#9, 1-6). W.Adelaide B. needs these victories very badly if they think about getting closer to top teams. Their record at this point is 5 victories and 2 lost games. Drmic has a very solid season. In 7 games in Australia he scored 22.3ppg. He also has 7.4rpg, 4.6apg and FGP: 66.1%.
