The 30-year old player had a double-double of 38 points and 19 rebounds, while his team beat SD Spartans (#9, 10-9) 87-78. Logan T. maintains the 2nd position in Australian NBL One. They would have been even better if they hadn't lost a few games earlier this season. Logan T. will need more victories to improve their 15-4 record. In the team's last game Deng had a remarkable 54.5% from 2-point range. He has many years of experience at Logan T., through which he has constantly improved. Former University of Louisiana at Monroe star has very solid stats this year. Deng is in league's top in points (7th best: 27.1ppg) and averages impressive 1.5bpg and 56.0% FGP. The second best player in last round's games was young American Buay Tuach (198-G/F-1995, agency: Haylett Sports) of SW Slammers. Tuach had a very good evening with a double-double of 41 points and 12 rebounds. Of course he led SW Slammers to another comfortable win outscoring the higher-ranked Cockburn C. (#10, 7-12) 104-81. The game was between two teams which are definitely not main contenders for the title. SW Slammers keeps 13th position. 17 lost games are too many comparing to just four victories SW Slammers managed to get this year. Tuach is one of the most experienced players at SW Slammers and has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players. Third on the list of top players last round was Sudanese forward Kouat Noi (201-F-1997) of USC Rip (#8). Noi got into 30-points club by scoring 37 points in the last round. He went also for sixteen rebounds . Despite Noi's great performance USC Rip lost 102-123 to slightly higher-ranked Cairns M. (#6, 11-8). But his team cannot count on just a single shooter as he also needs help of the other teammates. The last thing USC Rip needs is to lose another game like this one. They lose more and more distance to the top teams. Their record is 10 victories and 9 lost games. Noi has a great season in Australia. After 15 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 29.3ppg (2nd best). He also has FGP: 52.6% and 3PT: 47.3%.
