The Central Districts Lions (NBL One Central) have signed Lilly Ritz, a 23-year-old American power forward. Ritz, who stands at 185cm and was born in 2000, played for Helios in the Swiss SBL league. In the 5 games she played last season, she averaged 15.0 points per game, 14.4 rpg, 2.4 apg, 2.6 spg, and 1.6 bpg.
Her team achieved the runner-up position in the regular season of the Horizon League in 2022. Additionally, she received the prestigious title of All-Horizon League Defensive Player of the Year in 2023.
She graduated from Youngstown State University in 2023, and this is her first season as a professional player. She also played for Wheeling University for 2 years.
