Heading's 45-point game gives him NBL One Hoops Agents Player of the Week award

27-year old PHI-AUSn guard Jordan Heading (188-G-1996) put on an amazing game in the last round for West Adelaide Bearcats and receives a Hoops Agents NBL One Player of the Week award for round 2.
He had the game-high 45 points adding nine rebounds and three assists for W.Adelaide B. as his team lost the game against the league's best team S.Adelaide P. (#1, 2-0) 92-98. Bearcats maintains the 10th position in their group in the Australian NBL One. Too late to salvage the team, which is currently ranked such low. They already lost 2 games and recorded no victories. In the team's last game Heading had a remarkable 80.0% from 2-point range. He just recently signed at Bearcats and just after two games he already turned to be a very valuable addition to the team. In the last game Tuach recorded an impressive double-double of 31 points and 10 rebounds. Bad luck as Slammers lost that game 85-96 to Rockingham F. (1-0). The season is still at the very beginning and this lost game may not be such crucial, of course if they start win the games. Let's wait for the next round. Tuach is a newcomer at SW Slammers and quickly became one of team's most reliable players. He belongs to the best scorers in the league with 31.0ppg (#7). His other stats are also decent: 10.0rpg and 4.0apg.

Third place about best performers goes to forward Alexander Starling (198-F-1989) of league's leader South Adelaide Panthers. Starling got into 30-points club by scoring 35 points in the last round. He went also for twelve rebounds . He was a key player of South Adelaide Panthers, leading his team to a 98-92 win against W.Adelaide B. (#10, 0-2). S.Adelaide P. has a very good start of the season. But there were just 2 games played, so it's too early to judge them at this stage. Starling also has a very good start of the season with very strong stats. Starling has a great season in Australia. After only 2 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 32.0ppg (6th best) and rebounds with 15.5rpg (2nd best).
