Guard Oskar Jones (G) had a great game in the last round for league's best team Wyndham Devils and receives a Hoops Agents Big V Player of the Week award for round 4.
He had the game-high 33 points adding four assists for Wyndham in his team's victory, helping them to crush, the league's bottom-ranked team Western PS (#12, 0-5) with 24-point margin 104-80. It allowed Devils to consolidate first place in the Australian Big V. They maintain a perfect record without any lost game in the league. The season is still on an early stage, but Wyndham already had a very good start winning all 5 without losing a single one. In the team's last game Jones had a remarkable 77.8% from 2-point range and got five three-pointers out of 8 attempts. It's his second year at Devils and it's hard to imagine this team without him. Jones has impressive league stats. He is in league's top in points (9th best: 20.0ppg) and averages solid 65.7% FGP and 48.3% from behind 3-point line.

Second best performed player last round was Kavione Green (195-F) of Bellarine Storm. He is American forward in his first season at Bellarine. In the last game Green recorded an impressive double-double of 30 points and 16 rebounds. Bad luck as Storm lost that game 87-95 to slightly higher-ranked Shepparton (#7, 3-3). Bellarine managed to keep the same 8th spot in the standings. His team is not often considered as one of the league's best with a mere 2-3 record. Green is one of the most experienced players at Bellarine and has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players. He belongs to the best scorers in the league with 24.0ppg (#4). He also registered 12.8 boards per game.

Third place about best performers goes to center Russell Permenter (203-C-1988) of Western Port Steelers (#12). Permenter scored 27 points and grabbed 17 rebounds (!!!). Despite Permenter's great performance the Steelers lost 74-79 to slightly higher-ranked Camberwell (#10, 1-3). But his team cannot count on just a single shooter as he also needs help of the other teammates. Western PS can only dream about fighting for top spots in the league. They have awful season losing so far all 5 games. Permenter has individually a great season in Australia. After only 5 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in rebounds with 10.2rpg (5th best).
