Michael Harris was the second best scorer of the day in the world yesterday with the 42 points he had in the Warwick Senators

This was an impressive game for Michael Harris (6'4''-G-1999) as the 25 year old guard had 42 points when his team the Senators beat the Perry Lakes Hawks 107 to 83. He also grabbed 6 rebounds and got 3 assists that game. Harris is the 7th best scorer in the league averaging almost 28 points and 6 rebounds per game.
He has played previously professionally also in New Zealand (Nuggets), and Australia (Adelaide 36ers, Forestville Eagles and Mount Gambier Pioneers).
Among many awards his team was the regular season runner-up in the New Zealand NBL in 2023. He was also selected as the Australiabasket.com All-Australian Premier League Youth Player of the Year back in 2019. Harris was selected to the Australiabasket.com All-Australian NBL1 Central First Team back in 2021. He was also selected to the Australiabasket.com All-New Zealand NBL Second Team in 2023.
