Joel Murray's strong performance yesterday lead to an unbelievable 50 points in his last game in the Mandurah Magic

This was an impressive game for American Joel Murray (183-PG-1999, college: LBSU, agency: Slash Sports) as the 25 year old point guard had 50 points making him tied for highest scorer in the world when his team the Magic beat the Willetton Tigers 99 to 81. He also grabbed 6 rebounds and got 6 assists that game. Murray is the best scorer in the league averaging almost 33 points and over 7 assists per game.
Among many awards his team won the Big West Regular Season in 2022. He was selected to the SportsDayHS Class 6A District 10-6A First Team between 2017 and 2018. Murray was also selected to the LSC All-Defensive Team for three consecutive years between 2019 and 2021 during his college time. He was selected to the NABC Division I All-District 9 Second Team in 2022. Murray was also selected to the All-LSC Third Team back in 2019.
He was awarded Player of the Week in the Australian NBL1.
