Jacob Ohmer put on an extraordinary performance in the last round for Inner West Bulls and receives a Hoops Agents NBL One Player of the Week award for round 38.
He had the game-high 35 points adding three rebounds and five assists for Inner WB in his team's victory, helping them to outclass Cent.Coast C. (#13, 3-13) with 32-point margin 111-79. Bulls maintains the 6th position in their group in the Australian NBL One. They would have been even better if they hadn't lost a few games earlier this season. Inner WB will need more victories to improve their 11-6 record. In the team's last game Ohmer had a remarkable 80.0% from 2-point range and got five three-pointers out of 12 attempts. He just recently signed at Bulls, being already a very valuable addition to the team. Jacob Ohmer averages this season 17.8ppg.

Second best performed player last round was Chris Bryant (203-C/F-1992) of Hills Hornets. He is American in his first season at Hills H.. In the last game Bryant recorded an impressive 43 points and 8 rebounds. Bad luck as Hills Hornets lost that game 81-93 to the lower-ranked Bankstown B. (#10, 8-8). Hills H. managed to keep the same 7th spot in East. His team lost some distance to top teams. But a 8-6 record is not bad and everything may still change. Bryant is one of the most experienced players at Hills H. and has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players. He belongs to the best scorers in the league with 26.6ppg (#4). He also registered 6.9 boards per game.

Third place about best performers goes to center James Hunter (208-C-1991) of Maitland Mustangs (#3). Hunter got into 30-points club by scoring 35 points in the last round. He went also for six rebounds . Despite Hunter's great performance the Mustangs lost 99-121 to #2 ranked BA CoE. But his team cannot count on just a single shooter as he also needs help of the other teammates especially in such crucial game. Maitland had another "accident". It may be a crucial game. Hunter's teammates are also very good. That's why having such high stats is even more impressive. Hunter has a very solid season. In 16 games in Australia he scored 13.3ppg. He also has 4.7rpg and a FGP of 58.2%.
