38 points scored by 27 year old guard Gabriel Hadley (6'4''-G-1998, college: UCSD) made him the highest scoring player of the day in the world. His team the Capitals beat the Rockhampton Rockets 98 to 81. He also added 3 rebounds and 3 assists that evening.
He has played previously for two other Australian teams: Taipans and United.
Among many awards his college team won the CCAA Tournament in 2019 and 2020.
