Ella Tofaeono

Canberra Capitals (WNBL) signed center Ella Tofaeono (190cm, college: Texas Tech) for the upcoming 2024-25 season. She will continue to stay in Australia where she played this season with Townsville Flames in the NBL One. In 16 games, she posted impressive stats: 16.1ppg, 10.9rpg, and 1.8apg. Tofaeono played a key role in helping Townsville Flames win the regular season and reach the semifinals. Prior to her time with Townsville Flames, she played for another Australian team, Townsville Fire.
Tofaeono graduated from Texas Tech University in 2023 and it is her second season as a pro player. She played for other colleges like Texas A&M University, Midland College.
