41 points scored by 30 year old American guard Broderick Robinson (185-G-1995, college: UMKC) resulted in being the second highest scoring player of the day in the world. His team the Eastern Mavericks beat the Forestville Eagles 120 to 119. On top of that he also recorded 8 rebounds and 6 assists that evening. He is the best scorer in the league averaging over 35 points and 6 rebounds per game. As evident, the league is predominantly led by former college players, with all top 10 scorers having graduated from US schools.
He is a very experienced player. Robinson has played also professionally in Azerbaijan, Portugal (Sangalhos and Braga), and UBA (Baton Rouge H.).
Among many awards he played in the final of the Portuguese 1 Divisao in 2023. He was also selected as the Eurobasket.com All-Portuguese 1.Divisao Defensive Player of the Year as well as the All-Portuguese 1.Divisao First Team and the All-Imports Team back in 2020. Robinson was selected to the Eurobasket.com All-Portuguese Proliga Second Team in 2024.
