33-year old swingman Todd Blanchfield (198-F/G-1991) had a very impressive game in the last round for Illawarra Hawks 2nd team and receives a Hoops Agents NBL One Player of the Week award for round 10.
He had a double-double of 37 points and 15 rebounds, while his team outclassed Manly Warr. (#7, 6-6) with 34-point margin 108-74. Hawks is placed at 3rd position in Australian NBL One. They would have been even better if they hadn't lost a few games earlier this season. Illawarra H. 2 will need more victories to improve their 8-3 record. In the team's last game Blanchfield had a remarkable eight three-pointers out of 18 attempts. He just recently signed at Hawks, being already a very valuable addition to the team. Blanchfield has impressive league stats. He is in league's top in points (5th best: 25.8ppg), rebounds (2nd best: 13.7rpg) and averages solid 1.4bpg and 50.9% FGP.

Second best performed player last round was Matthew Kenyon (196-G-1998) of Logan Thunder. He is international guard in his first season at Logan T.. In the last game Kenyon recorded an impressive double-double of 45 points and 11 rebounds. Of course Thunder cruised to a 127-116 relatively comfortable win over the higher-ranked Ipswich F. (#7, 3-3). This victory allowed Logan T. to move up to 11th position in north. His team is not often considered as one of the league's best with a mere 2-4 record. Kenyon is one of the most experienced players at Logan T. and has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players.

Third place about best performers goes to forward Jalen Graham (206-F-2001) of Rockhampton Rockets (#8). Graham got into 30-points club by scoring 32 points in the last round. He went also for fourteen rebounds . He was a key player of Rockets, leading his team to a 109-81 easy win against slightly lower-ranked Cairns M. (#10, 2-4). Rockhampton needs these victories very badly if they think about getting closer to top teams in north. Their record at this point is 2 victories and 2 lost games. Graham has a very solid season. In 4 games in Australia he scored 25.0ppg.
