Brisbane Bullets (NBL) added 24-year-old Australian ex-international swingman Alex Ducas (201cm-100kg-2000, college: SMC) to their roster for the 2025-26 season. He played for OKC Thunder in the NBA Summer League, recording 6 points and 1 rebound in one game. Ducas also played for the Thunder in the NBA and Blue in the NBA G League last season.
Ducas was also a member of the Australian international program for some years. He played for the Australian Senior National Team in 2022 and previously for the Under 19 National Team in 2019.
Ducas represented Australia at the FIBA Asia Cup in Jakarta (Indonesia) three years ago. Ducas' team won Gold and he had over 4 points per game.
In addition to winning the WCC Tournament in 2024, he was named to the WCC All-Tournament Team and received All-WCC Honorable Mention in 2023.
Ducas graduated from Saint Mary's College of California in 2024 and it'll be his second season as a pro player.
