They looked well-organized offensively handing out 26 assists. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Central District Lions made 9 blocks. Guard Koen Sapwell (193-1999, college: CS Monterey) stepped up with a double-double by scoring 27 points, 7 rebounds and 10 assists for the winners and guard Spencer Gaze (-2006) chipped in 26 points and 9 rebounds. At the losing side the former international center Daniel Johnson (212-1988, college: Pepperdine) responded with a double-double by scoring 14 points and 10 rebounds and American forward Alexander Starling (198-1989, college: BCU) scored 10 points, 9 rebounds, 7 assists and 8 steals.
