Hume City Broncos made 23-of-27 free shots (85.2 percent) during the game. Hume City Broncos outrebounded Cougars 49-34 including a 35-24 advantage in defensive rebounds. Hume City Broncos looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. American forward Kavione Green (195, college: Bloomfield, agency: Dominion Sports Group) stepped up with a double-double by scoring 37 points (!!!) and 12 rebounds (made all of his thirteen free throws !!!) for the winners and New Zealand Zach Mckenzie (-2002) chipped in 30 points. Five Hume City Broncos players scored in double figures. At the losing side American power forward Shannon Fowler (203-1993, college: UWG) responded with a double-double by scoring 10 points and 10 rebounds and forward Shaquille Maharaj (196-1997, college: Camosun) scored 13 points. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games.
