Cougars looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. Guard Mitchell Barry (190) scored 19 points, 7 rebounds and 6 assists to lead the charge for the winners and naturalized Lithuanian swingman Remo Simankevicius (198-1996, college: SNHU) chipped in 11 points and 11 rebounds during the contest. Four Cougars players scored in double figures. Cougars' coach Adam Walsh used a ten-player rotation in such tough game. American forward Gerrard Newby (196-1995, college: Union, KY) responded with a double-double by scoring 22 points and 10 rebounds and his fellow American import forward Benjamin Okhotin (198-1999, college: PLNU) scored 25 points and 5 rebounds.
