Kavione Green, American forward from the Hume City Broncos, was honored as the Player of the Year at the Big V Conference. He graduated from Bloomfield six years ago. Green was also named to the First Team. His best performance made his team reach the final but they were defeated by McKinnon 81 to 87. Green previously earned a spot in the First Team three times in the past and Player of the Year last year. His court vision propelled him to the fourth spot in points per game an outstanding average of almost 25. Green also averaged over 7 rebounds per game in the league. He has totalled 19 games of 20 or more points on the year and recorded 30 or more points in 6 games. Green registered double-doubles in 9 games during the event. His 37 points against McKinnon were the most he scored in the 2025 season. The best players in the league are US college alumni. Just on the list of the top 10 best scorers we have 9 out of 10 players, who had college careers. Green's team won the Australian Big V Regular Season in 2023.
Benjamin Okhotin, 26-year old American forward from the Keysborough Cougars, was voted to the First Team of Big V Conference. He Is the PLNU alumni from 2022. With Okhotin's excellent performance, the Keysborough Cougars achieved the best record of the season in the league, finishing with an impressive 19 to 3 in the regular season. Okhotin was the Player of the Week honoree in the league. His playmaking prowess was on full display as he secured the third position in points per game averaging 26. Okhotin also had over 5 rebounds per game that season in the league. He has totalled 21 games of 20 or more points on the year and recorded 30 or more points in 7 games. Okhotin's 44 points against the Wyndham were the most he scored in the 2025 season. The best players in the league are US college alumni. Just on the list of the top 10 best scorers we have 9 out of 10 players, who had college careers. Among many awards Okhotin's team won the PacWest Regular Season in 2019 and 2022. He was selected to the All-PacWest Second Team back in 2022.
Sean Conway, 24-year old American guard from the Camberwell Dragons, was selected to the First Team at the Big V Conference. He Is ex St. John's University from 2024. Conway's masterful distribution skills earned him the second spot in rebounds per game with an impressive average of almost 12. He received Player of the Week award four times during the 25 campaign. Conway led the Big V in points per game with almost 33. He has totalled 12 games of 20 or more points on the year and logged 30 or more points in 11 games. Conway registered double-doubles in 12 games at the event. His 43 points against Sunbury were the most he scored in the 2025 season. The best players in the league are US college alumni. Just on the list of the top 10 best scorers we have 9 out of 10 players, who had college careers. Conway's team made it to the SoCon Tournament Semifinals in 2021.
Anthony Williams, 30-year old American point guard from the Keysborough Cougars, was chosen to the First Team of Big V Conference. He Is alumni of Clark Atlanta from 2018. Williams was previously named to the First Team last year. His court vision was unparalleled as he secured the second spot in assists per game, delivering an average of almost 6. Williams also notched almost 19 points per game over the season in the league. He has totalled 9 games of 20 or more points on the year and recorded 30 or more points in 2 games. Williams registered double-doubles in 2 games at the event. His 32 points against McKinnon were the most he scored in the 2025 season. Williams' team made it to the Australian Big V Semifinals in 2024.
Darnell Hoskins Jr, American guard from the RMIT University, earned a spot in the First Team at the Big V Conference. He graduated from the SVSU three years ago. Hoskins Jr averaged almost 22 points per game in the league. He has totalled 11 games of 20 or more points on the year and had 30 or more points in 5 games. Hoskins Jr's 38 points against the Blackburn were the most he scored in the 2025 season. The best players in the league are US college alumni. Just on the list of the top 10 best scorers we have 9 out of 10 players, who had college careers. Among many awards Hoskins Jr.'s team made it to the GLIAC Tournament Semifinals for two years in a row (2021 and 2022). He was selected to the All-GLIAC Second Team as well as the All-Tournament Team back in 2022.
