Sutherland Sharks (NBL One) signed experienced 41-year-old ex-international forward Lucas Walker (202cm-102kg-1984, college: SMC). He last played in the NBL1 for the Illawarra Hawks in 2023.
Walker has spent his entire career in Australia playing for eight other teams: Adelaide 36ers, Kings, Meteors, United, Wildcats, Taipans, Miners, and Spectres.
He won an NBL1 championship in 2019 with the Spectres
He graduated from Saint Mary's College of California in 2009 and this will be his 17th season as a professional player.
