White's double-double lands him NBL One Hoops Agents Player of the Week award

American Forward Trazarien White (198-F) had an amazing evening in the last round for league's best team Knox Raiders and receives a Hoops Agents NBL One Player of the Week award for round 6.
He had a double-double of 36 points and 13 rebounds, while his team beat Diamond V.E. (#14, 2-4) 94-87. It allowed Raiders to consolidate first place in the Australian NBL One. Knox R. have a solid 6-1 record. In the team's last game White had a remarkable 52.6% from 2-point range. He just recently signed at Raiders, being already a very valuable addition to the team. Texas Christian University graduate has very impressive stats this year. White is in league's top in points (2nd best: 24.7ppg) and averages solid 2.4spg and 56.0% FGP.

Second best performed player last round was Jimmy Whitt (190-G-1997) of Gold Coast Rollers. He is American guard in his first season at Gold Coast R.. In the last game Whitt recorded an impressive 36 points, 6 rebounds and 6 assists. It was enough for Rollers to edge the lower-ranked Ipswich F. (1-1) by 5 points 97-92. This victory allowed Gold Coast R. to move up to 6th position in North. His team lost some distance to top teams. But a 1-1 record is not bad and everything may still change. Whitt is one of the most experienced players at Gold Coast R. and has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players.

Third place about best performers goes to forward Greg Mays (203-F-1993) of league's second-best Forestville Eagles. Mays got into 30-points club by scoring 33 points in the last round. He went also for thirteen rebounds . He was a key player of Forestville Eagles, leading his team to a 90-77 easy win against the lower-ranked Norwood F. (#5, 3-4). Forestville E. is closer and closer to top of the standings in Central. They will still need more victories. But 6-1 record is not that bad... Mays has a very solid season. In 7 games in Australia he scored 21.3ppg. He also has 6.7rpg and a FGP of 58.5%.
