McKinnon dominated down low during the game scoring 56 of its points in the paint compared to Jets's 30. Big V top team - Pacers (6-1) managed to deliver another win. This time they beat ninth ranked Storm (2-5) 112-102. Ilisia Washington accounted for 29 points. Pacers have an impressive series of six victories in a row. Gippsland Utd maintains first place with 6-1 record. Bellarine lost third consecutive game. They keep the ninth position with five games lost. Gippsland Utd will play against McKinnon (#7) at home in the next round which should be theoretically an easy game. Stephen Coffey produced 27 points, 7 rebounds and 9 assists for lost side. Both coaches tested many bench players in such tough game. Melbourne Uni maintains tenth place with 2-6 record. RMIT lost their third game in a row. They keep the sixth position with three games lost. They share it with McKinnon.
