American Guard Jordan Forbes (193-G-1998) had a very impressive game in the last round for second-ranked Forestville Eagles, receiving a Hoops Agents NBL One Player of the Week award for round 10.
The 27-year old player was the main contributor (42 points, seven rebounds and seven assists) to his team's victory, helping them to beat Eastern M. (#7, 3-7) 99-91. Forestville Eagles maintains the 2nd position in their group in the Australian NBL One. Forestville E. has a very good season and are considered to have a run for the championship title. They improved their record to 9-1. In the team's last game Forbes had a remarkable 66.7% from 2-point range and got eight three-pointers out of 11 attempts. He just recently signed at Forestville Eagles, being already a very valuable addition to the team. Jordan Forbes averages this season 18.3ppg, 6.4rpg and 6.0apg.

The second best player in last round's games was young Jacob Richards (200-F-2001) of Hobart Chargers. Richards had a very good evening with a double-double of 45 points and 10 rebounds. It was enough for Chargers to edge the lower-ranked Ballarat M. (#19, 1-11) 114-110. The game was between two teams which are definitely not main contenders for the top position in South. Hobart C. keeps 11th position. His team lost some distance to top teams. But a 7-6 record is not bad and everything may still change. Richards is one of the most experienced players at Hobart C. and has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players. He belongs to the best scorers in the league with 26.9ppg (#6). His other stats are also decent: 8.7rpg and 4.5apg.

Third on the list of top players last round was guard Preston Le Gassick (185-G-2003) of league's second-best Gold Coast Rollers. Le Gassick showcased his all-around game by recording 25 points, 5 rebounds and 21 assists (!!!) in the last round. He was a key player of Rollers, leading his team to a 130-94 easy win against the lower-ranked Rockhampton R. (#10, 2-4). Gold Coast R. is closer and closer to top of the standings in North. They will still need more victories. But 6-1 record is not that bad... Le Gassick has a very solid season. In 4 games in Australia he scored 23.8ppg.
