Very important is a home loss of second ranked Adelaide 36ers (4-3) against seventh ranked Kings (2-3) on Saturday night. Host Adelaide 36ers were crushed by Kings in Findon 94-75. It ended at the same time the four-game winning streak of Adelaide 36ers. American point guard Casper Ware (178-90, college: LBSU) fired 27 points for the winners. The other American import forward Jarell Martin (208-94, college: LSU) chipped in 23 points. The former international power forward Daniel Johnson (212-88, college: Pepperdine) produced 21 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists and international guard Joshua Giddey (203-2) added 11 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists respectively for lost side. Four Adelaide 36ers players scored in double figures. Both coaches tested many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Kings moved-up to fifth place, which they share with Brisbane. Loser Adelaide 36ers dropped to the third position with three games lost.
