Not a big story in a game in Baulkham Hills where bottom-ranked Spiders (0-3) were defeated by sixth ranked Hills Hornets (3-1) 74-65 on Saturday. The best player for the winners was Joe Patmore who scored 11 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists. Sam McCorkindale chipped in 9 points and 13 rebounds. Hills Hornets' coach used an eleven-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. At the other side the best for losing team was Noman Massimino who recorded a double-double by scoring 17 points and 11 rebounds and Thomas Gillis added 12 points respectively. Hills Hornets moved-up to fifth place in League. Loser Spiders still closes the standings with three games lost. Hills Hornets will face Crusaders (#13) in Terrigal in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Spiders will play on the road against Mustangs in Maitland and hope to get finally their first victory.
