It was a great evening for guard Darnell Robateau (185, college: PLNU) who led his team to a victory with a triple-double by scoring 27 points, 11 rebounds and 15 assists (on 10-of-12 shooting from the field). Naturalized Maltese center Nelson Kahler (206-94, college: CSU-Pueblo) helped adding 24 points and 11 rebounds (on 12-of-15 shooting from the field). The best for the losing side was American guard Najeal Young (198-94, college: TxWes) with a double-double by scoring 19 points, 12 rebounds and 6 assists and forward Ben Wright (198, college: Lewis & Clark) scored 14 points. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Phoenix moved-up to seventh place in League. Loser Rockets still closes the standings with seven games lost. Phoenix will face Bendigo Braves (#9) on the road in the next round. Rockets will play against South West Metro Pirates (#13) and hope to get finally their first victory.
