Rather expected game in Northbridge where 7th ranked Cougars (9-8) were defeated by fourth ranked Redbacks (11-7) 77-65 on Friday. Redbacks dominated down low during the game scoring 52 of its points in the paint compared to Cougars' 28 and made 16-of-19 free shots (84.2 percent) during the game. Redbacks had a 43-28 advantage in offensive rebounds. Forward Maddison Allen (190-93, college: Santa Clara) fired a double-double by scoring 17 points, 11 rebounds and 6 assists for the winners.
