Bullets were plagued by 24 personal fouls down the stretch. It was an exceptional evening for forward Xavier Cooks (203-95, college: Winthrop) who led the winners with a double-double by scoring 15 points and 13 rebounds. American point guard Jaylen Adams (188-96, college: St.Bonaventure) accounted for 15 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists for the winning side. American forward Robert Franks (203-96, college: WSU) came up with 18 points and 9 rebounds and the other American import swingman Lamar Patterson (196-91, college: Pittsburgh) added 14 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists respectively for Bullets in the defeat. Bullets' coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Kings have a solid series of three victories in a row. They maintain fourth place with 8-7 record.
