NBL top team - United (15-5) managed to deliver another win on Saturday. This time they beat seventh ranked Bullets (7-13) in Melbourne 95-83. United forced 20 Bullets turnovers. 25 personal fouls committed by Bullets helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Naturalized Sudanese center Jo Lual-Acuil Jr (213-1994, college: Baylor) scored 20 points and 8 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and forward Jack White (201-1997, college: Duke) chipped in 13 points and 8 rebounds during the contest. The former international guard Jason Cadee (186-1991) responded with 17 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists and American forward Robert Franks (203-1996, college: WSU) scored 20 points. Five United and four Bullets players scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Defending champion maintains first position with 15-5 record. Bullets at the other side keep the seventh place with 13 games lost. United are looking forward to face league's second-placed Perth Wildcats at home in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week.
