Regular Season Round 18: Brisbane - Adelaide 92-91

Date: April 3, 2022
Important game to mention about took place in Brisbane. Seventh ranked Bullets (9-15) saved a 1-point victory at home edging 8th ranked Adelaide 36ers (7-15) 92-91 on Sunday evening. The former international guard Jason Cadee (186-1991) notched 26 points and 5 assists to lead the effort and American forward Robert Franks (203-1996, college: WSU) supported him with 17 points and 12 rebounds (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field). Bullets' coach Jamie Duncan allowed to play the deep bench players in such tough game. Even 28 points and 8 rebounds by the former international power forward Daniel Johnson (212-1988, college: Pepperdine) did not help to save the game for Adelaide 36ers. The former international guard Mitchell McCarron (189-1992, college: MSU Denver) added 8 points, 10 rebounds and 7 assists. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Bullets maintains seventh position with 9-15 record. Adelaide 36ers at the other side dropped to the ninth place with 15 games lost. Bullets will play against higher ranked JackJumpers (#5) in Hobart in the next round and it may be quite challenging game. Adelaide 36ers will play at home against Melbourne Phoenix (#6) and hope to get back on the winning track.
