The most surprising game was the first loss of Eagles (0-1) in Goodwood on Saturday night. Hosts were defeated by leader Tigers (1-0) 88-78. It was a key game for the second position in League. Guard Morgan Yaeger (175-1998, college: Oregon) stepped up and scored 35 points (!!!), 8 rebounds and 7 assists for the winners and Demi Skinner (190-1997) chipped in 30 points and 7 rebounds. Swingman Samantha Simons (188-2000, college: St.Mary's, CA) responded with 16 points, 8 rebounds and 9 assists and guard Isabella Stratford (174-2001) scored 21 points and 8 rebounds. Four Eagles players scored in double figures. Eagles' coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Tigers left bottom position moving up to second place in League. Eagles at the other side still closes the standings with one game lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
