Regular Season Round 41: Logan T. - Northside W. 101-110

There was an upset in Loganholme where higher ranked Thunder (10-8) was defeated by tenth ranked Northside Wizards (9-8) 110-101 on Friday. Northside Wizards made 19-of-22 free shots (86.4 percent) during the game. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 26 assists. The former international guard Mitchell McCarron (189-1992, college: MSU Denver) stepped up with a double-double by scoring 23 points, 7 rebounds and 12 assists for the winners and the former international swingman Anthony Drmic (198-1992, college: Boise St.) chipped in 30 points and 4 assists. American guard Jeremy Kendle (186-1988, college: Bellarmine) responded with 38 points (!!!), 5 rebounds and 4 assists and forward Mitch Young (206-1990, college: St.Mary's, CA) produced a double-double by scoring 17 points and 10 rebounds. Five Northside Wizards and four Thunder players scored in double figures. Northside Wizards moved-up to eighth place in League. Loser Thunder dropped to the seventh position with eight games lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
