The most important game in the last round took place in Cairns between second ranked Kings (8-3) and fourth ranked Cairns Taipans (7-4) on Monday night. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Cairns Taipans moved-up to third place. Defending champion Kings keep the second position with three games lost. Cairns Taipans are looking forward to face Adelaide 36ers (#6) in Findon in the next round. Kings will play at home against Adelaide 36ers (#6) and are hoping to win this game.
