Not a big story in a game in Brisbane where 9th ranked Bullets (8-20) were defeated by third ranked New Zealand Breakers (18-10) 80-75 on Saturday. New Zealand Breakers forced 20 Bullets turnovers. The best player for the winners was the former international guard William McDowell-White (196-1998, college: Fresno St.) who scored 15 points, 8 rebounds and 9 assists. American forward Jamaal Brantley (200-1993, college: Cameron) chipped in 19 points and 5 rebounds. Brantley is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. Five New Zealand Breakers players scored in double figures. At the other side the best for losing team was the former international center Aron Baynes (208-1986, college: WSU) who recorded 17 points and 6 rebounds and American guard Tyler Johnson (193-1992, college: Fresno St.) added 15 points respectively. New Zealand Breakers have an impressive five-game winning streak. They moved-up to second place, which they share with Cairns. Bullets lost third consecutive game. They keep the ninth position with 20 games lost.
