No shocking result in a game in Perth where fourth ranked Wanneroo (8-4) outleveled 8th ranked Senators (5-4) 107-77 on Saturday. Wanneroo shot the lights out from three sinking 17 long-distance shots on high 51.5 percentage. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 34 assists comparing to just 13 passes made by Senators' players. The best player for the winners was American swingman Bryan Michaels (190-1996, college: Concordia, OR) who scored 18 points, 8 rebounds and 8 assists. The other American import forward Quintin Dove (200-1998, college: UT Martin) chipped in 23 points and 8 rebounds. Four Wanneroo players scored in double figures. At the other side the best for losing team was guard Uche Dibiamaka (193, college: St.Edward's) who recorded 18 points and guard Connor Mincherton (186-2001) added 13 points respectively. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Wanneroo moved-up to third place, which they share with Knox R. and Sandringham S. Loser Senators dropped to the sixth position with four games lost. They share it with Darwin S.. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
