Very predictable result when third ranked Ipswich Force (10-3) won against on the road 11th ranked Brisbane Spartans (5-8) 99-83 on Saturday. The former international guard Nathan Sobey (190-1990, college: Wyoming) notched 27 points and 7 assists to lead the effort and naturalized American forward Kyrin Galloway (203-1999, college: UNCG) supported him with 16 points and 13 rebounds. Ipswich Force's coach Christopher Riches used a ten-player rotation and allowed the starting five to rest. Even 33 points (!!!) and 4 assists by guard Koen Sapwell (193-1999, college: CS Monterey) did not help to save the game for Brisbane Spartans. Forward Andre Ugrinic (193-1995) added 15 points and 8 rebounds for lost side. Five Ipswich Force and four Brisbane Spartans players scored in double figures. Ipswich Force have a solid three-game winning streak.
