Everything went according to plan in Inner West where second ranked Bulls (16-4) beat 13th ranked Bankstown Bruins (4-17) 102-90 on Friday. The best player for the winners was American power forward Chris Bryant (203-1992, college: Miami, OH) who scored 23 points and 9 rebounds. Forward Alex Higgins-Titsha (197-2000) chipped in 19 points and 9 rebounds. Five Bulls players scored in double figures. Bulls' coach Daniel Kim used an eleven-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. At the other side the best for losing team was guard Hayden Blankley (198-2000, college: WT) who recorded a double-double by scoring 30 points, 10 rebounds and 7 assists and guard Kobe Shannon (193, college: Midland) added 18 points respectively. Bulls maintains second place with 16-4 record having just 2 victories less than leader Rockingham F. Bankstown Bruins lost their fifth game in a row. They keep the thirteenth position with 17 games lost. They share it with SW Slammers and Manly Warr.. Bulls will meet at home Norths Soul Sports Bears (#4) in the next round.
