Bottom-rankedSteelers is still unable to win any game. This time they lost on the road their ninth consecutive match to eleventh ranked Vikings (2-7) 108-88 on Sunday evening. It was an exceptional evening for American guard James Legan (190-1987, college: ECU) who led the winners with a double-double by scoring 27 points and 14 rebounds. His fellow American import point guard Kortland Martin (180, college: FHU) accounted for 27 points and 9 rebounds for the winning side. American center Russell Permenter (203-1988, college: Providence) came up with a double-double by scoring 17 points, 11 rebounds and 5 assists and Liam Ingram added 23 points and 6 rebounds respectively for Western PS in the defeat. Four Western PS players scored in double figures. Both coaches tested many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Blackburn maintains eleventh place with 2-7 record. Loser Steelers still closes the standings with nine games lost.
