Group ANew Zealand - Marshall Islands 125-33New Zealand cruised past Marshall Islands to stay undefeated. Max de Geest (183-G-00) provided 19 points to lead the Kiwis. New Zealand recorded a 56:20 halftime lead. New Zealand unloaded 69 points in the second half to cruise to the win. Joseph Ahie (187-G-00) provided 15 points in the victory. Justin Stovall (165-G-00) replied with 11 points for Marshall Islands. Guam - Tahiti 118-74 Guam crashed Tahiti to improve at 2-1 record in Group A. Seven players scored in double digits for the hosts. Jason Diaz (185-G-00) and Gabriel Simon (182-PG-00) provided 17 points each for the winners. Guam recorded a 64:36 halftime lead. The hosts unleashed 54 points in the second half to ice the win. Alschea Grape (172-PG-00) provided 15 points in the victory. Arutahi Teore (187-G-00) responded with 31 points and 7 rebounds for Tahiti. Group BAustralia - Samoa 142-34Australia celebrated the third straight win in Guam. They eased past Samoa to enter the semifinal stage undefeated. Kody Stattmann (194-F/G-00) posted 38 points in the victory. Australia ensured a 62:23 halftime advantage. They erupted for 55 points in the fourth quarter to seal the victory. Samson Froling (207-F/C-00) delivered 23 points and 15 rebounds in the win. Dru Leo Ape responded with 13 points for Samoa. New Caledonia - Palau 65-41 New Caledonia overcame Palau to open win count in Guam. Melvin Ixoee (195-C-00) stepped up with impressive 18 points and 27 rebounds to lead the winners. New Caledonia recorded a 29:20 halftime lead. They followed with a 20:8 run in the third term to boost the gap and never looked back en route to the victory. Emmanuel Kilama (176-PG-02) chipped in 9 points for the winners. Reece Reklai (00) responded with 17 points and 7 rebounds for Palau. |
