Australia and New Zealand enter Final in Paita

New Zealand - Samoa 95-37
Mac Stodard (204-F/C-02) notched 18 points and 10 rebounds to pace New Zealand past Samoa in the semifinal clash. New Zealand rolled to a comfortable 49:23 halftime lead. THey held Samoa to 14 points in the second half and marched to the win. Connor Ngan (178-PG-02) had 16 points in the victory. Hinckley Scanlan (180-G-03) answered with 14 points for Samoa.

Australia - Tahiti 122-34
Australia coasted past Tahiti in the semifinal clash. Australia grabbed a massive 69:20 halftime lead. They held Tahiti to just 14 points in the second half and rallied to the win. Tamuri Wigness (184-G-02) produced 17 points to lead eight players in double digits for the winners. Liam Fareata (185-SF-02) replied with 13 points for Tahiti.

5-6 Place

New Caledonia - Guam 58-63
Guam clinched the fifth position in Paita. They toppled New Caledonia to finish the tournament on a high note. Guam posted a 21:9 lead ten minutes into the game. New Caledonia pulled within three points at the final break. But Guam responded with a 16:14 run in the fourth term to seal the win. Colin Santiago (175-G-02) produced 21 points, while Elijah Garrido (180-G-03) added 14 points and 10 rebounds for the winning side. Yannick Fenuafanote (03) replied with 20 points and 10 rebounds for New Caledonia.
