Australia clinched the title in Port Moresby. They knocked down their arch rivals New Zealand for Gold medals. Jacob Furphy (193-G-2006) produced 21 points to lead the winners. Australia recorded a 57-26 halftime advantage. Australia held their opponents to just 23 points in the second half and raced to the trophy. Roman Siulepa (196-F/G-2006) finished with 20 points and 10 rebounds for the winners. Nic Book (203-F-2006) answered with 11 points for New Zealand.
3-4 Place
Samoa - Guam 132-63

Samoa stepped onto the pedestal as they beat Guam in the consolation final. Samoa recorded a 64-29 halftime lead. Samoa unloaded 68 points in the second half to ease to the victory. Eneasi Piuleini (2006) scored 30 points, while Elika Tutagalevao (2006) added 18 points, 27 rebounds and 6 assists for the winners. Noah Hernandez (188-F-2007) answered with 14 points for Guam.
