Rather expected game when 7th ranked Adelaide Lightning (1-4) was defeated on the road by fourth ranked Townsville Fire (3-2) 53-47 on Saturday. Townsville forced 21 Adelaide turnovers. Swingman Courtney Woods (183-1997, college: NIU) fired 16 points and 5 rebounds for the winners. Forward Alexandra Fowler (188-2001, college: Portland) chipped in 11 points and 8 rebounds.
