Not a big story in a game in Findon where 9th rankedBreakers (9-18) were defeated by sixth ranked Adelaide 36ers (13-13) 94-78 on Sunday. Adelaide dominated down low during the game scoring 52 of its points in the paint compared to Breakers ' 30 and made 18-of-22 free shots (81.8 percent) during the game. Strangely NZL Breakers outrebounded Adelaide 42-30 including a 14-2 advantage in offensive rebounds. Adelaide looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists. The best player for the winners was American point guard Kendric Davis (183-1999, college: Memphis) who had a double-double by scoring 23 points, 5 rebounds and 13 assists. The other American import forward Montrezl Harrell (203-1994, college: Louisville) chipped in 26 points and 8 rebounds. Five Adelaide 36ers players scored in double figures. American guard Matt Mooney (189-1997, college: Texas Tech) produced 14 points and 9 assists and center Jonah Bolden (208-1996, college: UCLA) added 10 points and 10 rebounds respectively for the guests. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Adelaide 36ers have a solid three-game winning streak. They maintain sixth position with 13-13 record. NZL Breakers lost third consecutive game. They keep the ninth place with 18 games lost.
