Flames used a home court advantage and beat the opponent from Morphett Vale 82-64 on Saturday night. Norwood F. dominated down low during the game scoring 46 of its points in the paint compared to Tigers 's 26. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Norwood F. made 8 blocks. American guard Amanda Paschal (172-1996, college: Kentucky, agency: DC Sports) notched 27 points, 7 rebounds, 4 assists and 5 steals (was perfect 7-for-7 from the free throw line) to lead the effort and the other American import forward Emily Saunders (196-2001, college: YSU) supported her with 7 points and 17 rebounds. Paschal is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market.
