Regular Season Round 3: Melbourne T. - Dandenong R. 89-81

Date: April 13, 2025
Very predictable result in Melbourne where Tigers (3-1) beat Rangers (1-4) 89-81 on Sunday. It was a great evening for the former international guard Tom Wilson (195-1997, college: SMU) who led his team to a victory scoring 25 points, 7 rebounds and 6 assists. Forward Jack Purchase (203-1995, college: Hawaii) helped adding 19 points and 5 assists. The best for the losing side was American point guard Bryton Hobbs (183-1991, college: Northeastern St.) with 22 points (went 7 for 7 at the free throw line) and the other American import forward Ruot Monyyong (210-1998, college: UALR) scored 16 points and 7 rebounds. Five Melbourne T. and four Dandenong R. players scored in double figures. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
