No shocking result in a game when fourth rankedLady Bandits (7-2) crushed 16th ranked Crusaders (1-8) in Albury 111-67 on Saturday. Albury made 19-of-23 free shots (82.6 percent) during the game. Albury outrebounded C.Coast C. 53-33 including a 42-21 advantage in defensive rebounds. Albury looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists. The winners were led by American guard Riley Lupfer (175, college: Boise St.) who scored that evening 41 points (!!!) and 9 rebounds and guard Caitlyn Jones (175-2001, college: Idaho) supported her with 24 points, 5 rebounds and 7 assists. Four Lady Bandits players scored in double figures. Lady Bandits' coach felt very confident using 11 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Even 23 points and 8 rebounds by guard Elizajane Loader (173, college: Portland St.) did not help to save the game for C.Coast C. . Jessica Stone added 18 points and 6 rebounds for the guests. Lady Bandits have a solid three-game winning streak. Albury moved-up to second place, which they share with Manly Warr. SE and Warwick S. C.Coast C. lost third consecutive game. They dropped to the fifteenth position with eight games lost. They share it with Sutherland.
