There was a minor upset in Cotton Tree where 5th rankedMeteors (2-2) were rolled over by eighth ranked Phoenix (2-1) 121-94 on Saturday. SC Phoenix outrebounded Mackay 52-30 including a 17-4 advantage in offensive rebounds. The best player for the winners was Deshawn Ross-Paiwan (-2003) who scored 25 points and 5 rebounds. Guamanian-American guard Earnest Ross (198-1991, college: Missouri, agency: Haylett Sports) chipped in 22 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists.
