Everything went according to plan in Northbridge where seventh rankedTigers (6-3) won against 11th ranked Redbacks (3-8) 84-76 on Saturday. Willetton T. forced 21 Perth R. turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. Naturalized Scottish power forward Michael Vigor (206-1990) stepped up with a double-double by scoring 16 points, 12 rebounds and 6 assists for the winners and guard Damien Scott (192-1992) chipped in 15 points, 8 rebounds and 7 assists. Four Tigers players scored in double figures. Tigers' coach used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. The best for the losing side was British-Nigerian center Emmanuel Kanwei (207-2003) with 22 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists and American center Jonah Underwood (206-1996, college: HIU) scored 14 points and 9 rebounds. Willetton T. moved-up to third place, which they share with Geraldton B. and S.Adelaide P. Perth R. lost third consecutive game. They keep the eleventh position with eight games lost. They share it with Penrith.
