Big V top team - Storm (9-2) had no problems winning another game on Saturday. This time they crushed eighth ranked Devils (1-10) in Bellarine 89-50. Bellarine dominated down low during the game scoring 52 of its points in the paint compared to Devils's 28. Bellarine outrebounded Wyndham D. 53-31 including a 37-22 advantage in defensive rebounds. Bellarine looked well-organized offensively handing out 24 assists. The best player for the winners was Olivia Virt who scored 19 points and 5 rebounds. American forward Courtney Strait (180-1994) chipped in 15 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists. Guard Briana Bailey (-1998) produced 16 points and 6 assists and Icelandic forward Birgit Snorradottir (182-2000) added 9 points and 8 rebounds respectively for the guests. Bellarine maintains first position with 9-2 record, which they share with Pakenham W. Wyndham D. lost fifth consecutive game. They dropped to the bottom place with ten games lost.
