Everything went according to plan in Kilsyth where eleventh rankedFrankston Blues (7-5) outleveled 16th ranked Lady Cobras (3-9) 90-67 on Sunday. Frankston B. looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. Spanish guard Marta Hermida (180-1997, college: Boise St.) stepped up and scored 35 points (!!!), 9 rebounds, 8 assists and 4 steals for the winners and forward Louise Brown (189-1995, college: Tennessee) chipped in 38 points (!!!) and 10 rebounds (on 16-of-20 shooting from the field). The best for the losing side was forward Shannon Dufficy (188-1997, college: Oregon) with a double-double by scoring 13 points and 12 rebounds and Abby OConnor scored 17 points and 5 rebounds. Four Kilsyth players scored in double figures. Lady Cobras' coach gave up on the game allowing to play ten players seeing no chance for a win. Frankston B. moved-up to eighth place, which they share with Ringwood. Kilsyth lost third consecutive game. They keep the sixteenth position with nine games lost.
